  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: July 14, 2026 at 10:45:00 a.m. MDT

    Draw
    Vacation Raffle draw: July 14, 2026 at 11:30:00 a.m. MDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 3901 57 Ave, Olds, AB T4H 1T4

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://oldscaribbeanvacation.rafflenexus.com/winners on July 14, 2026.

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation .

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

    Wetaskiwin Health Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: wetaskiwinhealth@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
